Let’s start with a consultation where we’ll chat about your needs, preferences, and how I can support you. This is your chance to ask questions and see if we’re the right fit!

2️⃣ Secure Your Spot & Plan Your Care

We’ll then schedule an interview to discuss your history, current and future pregnancies, and any concerns you may have. Once you decide to move forward at the end of the interview, my retainer reserves your due date in my calendar.

3️⃣ Your Dedicated Support Begins

From pregnancy to postpartum, I’ll be your steady source of guidance, advocacy, and care. Whether it’s preparing for birth, navigating labor, or easing into postpartum recovery, I’ll be there every step of the way.

  • No! Whether you are planning a birth at home, a birthing center, or a hospital, you will still receive the continuous care you deserve. My goal is to ensure you feel supported, empowered, and confident throughout your birthing experience, no matter where it takes place.

  • A doula works with you to map out your preferences and goals for labor and delivery. I help you explore options, understand what might happen during birth, and discuss ways to make your experience as positive as possible. Whether you want a specific birthing environment or have particular preferences for pain management, I ensure your plan clearly communicates your needs and boundaries.

  • While having a loved one by your side is incredibly valuable, I bring specialized training and experience that can complement the support of your partner, family member, or friend. I offer continuous, focused support and can provide information, reassurance, and practical assistance which helps your support network stay focused, present, and supportive in all the best ways.
